We view B2B Sales training as the greatest vector for social mobility. If you can teach sole traders, or future employees how to sell, they can become economically successful.
Successful salespeople do not need a university degree, all they need is grit and emotional intelligence. Marginalised and displaced people actually tend to have this in spades.
Overlaying those professional skills with particular industry knowledge, we seek to unlock pathways into higher-earning industries.
So everyone has a fair chance to earn well.

By providing career skills training, and an opportunity to gain real world experience, we can break the cycle of un-employability for talented individuals who are otherwise overlooked.
The GoodFX solution
In partnership with chosen charities focused on social mobility, we deploy 3 month programmes designed to teach individuals the basic skills necessary to join the B2B workforce through an initial Sales role.
The impact
We have successfully deployed two programmes into Kenya last year and are now launching in the UK.
GoodFX has also led a major research project into female inclusion in digital education; addressing an overlooked asymmetry in the world of economic inclusion programming.
