Rob Hayward is the Founder of GoodFX, bringing more than ten years of Tier 1 investment banking experience across finance, foreign exchange and institutional markets.

Through his work in ESG and impact investing, Rob recognised the opportunity to use finance as a force for positive change. In 2020, he launched GoodFX to combine foreign exchange, commercial performance and measurable environmental and social impact.

Today, Rob leads GoodFX’s mission to reshape international banking to better serve businesses, people and the planet.

Head of PR & Comms

Kristiana is Fractional Head of PR and Comms, with extensive experience in financial and corporate communications, startup marketing and strategic PR, focused on purpose-driven and impact-led ventures.

She currently works as a fractional Head of Investment and startup coach, advising early-stage impact startups on scaling operations and improving communications strategies.

She supports mission-driven founders in refining positioning, building brand credibility and driving measurable growth.

Senior Relationship Manager

Tom Goldsmith is Senior Relationship Manager at GoodFX, helping clients align financial strategies with their values through ethical finance and foreign exchange.

Tom brings 15 years of finance experience, combining strong relationship management skills with a focus on aligning financial decision-making with client values.

He joined GoodFX in 2024 to support clients in creating meaningful change through their financial activity. In his role, he works closely with clients to understand their goals, manage their FX needs and connect financial outcomes with positive impact.

His work reflects GoodFX’s broader mission to make finance more purposeful, ethical and aligned with people and the planet.

Funding Solutions Lead

Helen is Funding Solutions Lead with over 30 years of experience in cashflow funding and a strong network of decision-makers across the sector.

She has deep expertise in invoice finance, spanning auditing, client management, sales and broking, giving her a full view of the funding landscape.

Working across both commercial and not-for-profit sectors, she advises clients on funding strategy, client acquisition and clear articulation of their value proposition.

She supports founders and finance leaders in simplifying complexity and identifying the right funding solutions for their needs.

Education Lead

Harry Jones is Account Manager and Education Specialist at GoodFX, supporting sales while helping clients and professionals understand ethical finance and foreign exchange.

Harry drives sales at GoodFX with a strong focus on education, client support and professional development.
